Gamakatsu Worm Hook 49409, Size #2 (6ct)

This is the perfect hook for fishing worms. Just thread the worm up the hook, up your line and leave about 2″ below the hook. After a bite or fish just pull down another 2″ and there you go…a bait you can catch more than one fish on.

These hooks are a perfect “j” shape so that your bait will not spin. Great for blood worms, lug worms and ghost shrimp, fished on the Carolina Rig.

3 reviews for Gamakatsu Worm Hook #2 6ct – Perfect for Fishing Worms & Carolina Rig

  1. Jessica Springer –

Used this hook for blood worms on a Carolina Rig. The J-shape keeps the worm from spinning, and the bite retention is solid. Caught several fish in a single session. Reliable and easy to use.

  2. Charles Brown –

Great for lug worms. The hook holds well and doesn’t let the bait slip. Works perfectly with my Carolina Rig setup. No issues with snagging or breaking.

  3. Carol Black –

Fished with ghost shrimp and found the hook to be stable. The worm stays in place and doesn’t spin during the cast. A little more expensive than some others, but worth it for performance.
