Harry Mitchell –
I’ve used the Cimarron LT for several seasons now and it’s proven reliable in fast-moving streams. The drag system holds up well under pressure and the lightweight design makes it easy to carry. The raven color stands out in the field and the anodized finish feels durable.
Christian Brown –
This reel performs better than the older Cimarron models. The porting reduces weight significantly, and the drag is smooth and responsive. I’ve used it in cold water trout streams and it handles sudden runs without line breakage.
Piers Powell –
Great build quality and the mountain design is a nice touch. The composite drag works well for 7X tippet, though I’d prefer a bit more drag range. Still, it’s a solid choice for daily trout fishing.

The American-made aspect gives me peace of mind. It’s light, strong, and the drag system is precise. I’ve used it in both early spring and late fall and it holds up in all conditions.
