Marble Angelfish
A classic angelfish marbled irregularly in black over silver-white, no two fish patterned alike. Tall, elegant and the centrepiece of a great many community tanks.
Feeding
Omnivorous. Quality flake and pellets, frozen bloodworm, brine shrimp and mysis.
Compatibility
Peaceful when young and increasingly territorial as adults, particularly once paired. Will eat small fish such as neon tetras and shrimp. Best with medium-sized calm tankmates. Keep as a group of five or more juveniles and let pairs form, or keep a single adult pair.
Behaviour and personality
Slow, deliberate and constantly aware of the tank. Pairs bond strongly and will defend a spawning site against everything else.

Yes, but only with compatible, calm tankmates. They are peaceful when young but become territorial as adults. Avoid small fish like neon tetras or shrimp.
How should I feed a Marble Angelfish?
Feed a balanced diet of high-quality flake and pellet food, supplemented with frozen foods such as bloodworm, brine shrimp, and mysis.

The Marble Angelfish is a stunning addition to my tank. Its unique marbled pattern is eye-catching and it adds a lot of elegance. I kept it with a group of juveniles and it’s now settled into a peaceful routine. Only issue is it gets quite territorial when paired, so I keep it with others to avoid aggression.

Beautiful fish with a very distinct appearance. I’ve had it for three months now and it’s active but not overly aggressive. I feed it a mix of flakes and frozen foods daily. It does need a tall tank, but the payoff is worth it.

The fish looks exactly as described. The black and silver marbling is unique and it’s become the centerpiece of my community tank. I started with five juveniles and they formed pairs naturally. Very satisfied with the purchase.
