FAQ
What is the difference between the Groundfish Biki-Jig and a standard jig?
The Groundfish Biki-Jig integrates the Jig-Biki Teaser System with a flat profiled head designed for better action on the bottom, offering improved presentation and retrieval compared to traditional jigs.
Is the hook compatible with other jig heads?
The VMC Barbarian Jig Hook is specifically designed for use with the Groundfish Biki-Jig head and is not recommended for other jig types due to fit and performance differences.
How should I store the jig bundle to maintain its condition?
Store the jig bundle in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent corrosion of the hook and degradation of the jig head.
Neil Metcalfe –
The jig performs well in muddy waters. The flat profile helps it stay on the bottom without flipping. I’ve used it for several days and it’s still in good condition. The hook holds well and the bait stays in place.
Brian Miller –
Good for bottom fishing. The 2oz weight works well in moderate currents. I noticed a slight drag when using it in deeper water, but overall it’s reliable and easy to use.
Amelia Short –
Fished in a lake with mixed conditions. The jig stayed stable and attracted fish consistently. The hook is strong and the design prevents it from spinning during retrieval.
